December 1st, 2002 - Changed some of the site structure

To provide additional content, some of the website's content has been moved.

November 21st, 2002 - Changed the method of subscribing to the mailing list

To facilitate direct access and control, the ability to subscribe/unsubscribe to the Threats to Your Internet Security mailing list is being performed through Commodon Communications as opposed to Microsoft's MSN Communities.

August 12th, 2002 - The website's hosting has been moved to Earthlink's high-speed business servers!

Due to the websites popularity, the hosting of the website has been moved to Earthlink's business servers. These servers offer high-end data throughput and support.

August 11th, 2002 - The website has undergone a major redesign!

As you can no doubt see, the "Threats to your Security on the Internet" website has undergone a major redesign. The results of which provide streamlined access to various webpages.

July 20th, 2002 - "Commodon.com", our online store has opened its doors!

Commodon Communications is pleased to offer name brand software and hardware.

March 9th, 2002 - Updated the "Books Available" page.

I also added a "Amazon" button to provide an opportunity to those who would like offer a donation.

March 3rd, 2002 - W32/Yaha@MM Virus

This morning I received an email with an attachment containing what is known as the W32/Yaha@MM virus. According to McAfee, this virus originated in the wild on 2/15/2002 and is considered LOW risk. The particulars are as follows:

"This mass-mailing worm poses as a screen-saver to celebrate Valentine's Day. It will arrive as a message formatted to fool people into believing it has been forwarded intentionally by someone subscribing to a screen-saver mailing list."

March 2nd, 2002 - It's Official ! The stats are in !

February 18th, 2002 - Unbelievable!

As of the 18th, the website is averaging 1,850 unique visitors a day with an average of 12,850 hits a day!

February 1st, 2002 - The website has been moved from DomainHost International to Earthlink. This is due to no other reason than the site's popularity, the amount of traffic and the intent to develop it further.

January 1st, 2002 - After a long hiatus, the website is beginning to undergo some cosmetic changes.

    April 3, 1999 - WoW! Earlier this week, the "Threats to your Security on the Internet" website received its 10,000th hit. Not bad for a site that's only been up for three and half months. More important, I'm glad to see everyone has been using it as a valuable source of information.
