This product should be extremely easy to install and if neccesary, to uninstall. Simply go to Add/Remove Programs and select the application from the list. Uninstallation should complete without any issue. If however there is an issue. You may manually uninstall the software by following the steps outlined below:

1. Ensure that the software is not running.
2. Delete the directory where the software was initially installed to (e.g. 'c:\Program Files\MISLA')
3. Delete the 'sma.conf' and 'smah.conf' files from the 'c:\Windows' or 'c:\WINNT' directory.
